He took part in the establishment of the Architectural Study in Split, where he teaches Architectural and Urban design courses and Typology and Form in Architecture course. Ivan Svetlik
Rector Ivan Svetlik, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
Ivan Svetlik is a President of the Slovenian Rectors’ Conference, Rector of the University of Ljubljana and full professor in human resources and social policy at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He was a vice rector of the University of Ljubljana (2005-2008), the minister of labour, family and social affairs of Slovenia (2008-2012), and a member of the editorial committee of the European Journal on Vocational Training edited by CEDEFOP. He has been involved in the country’s systems of labour market, social security, education and training reforms and as a consultant in these areas in the Balkan countries and in HRM in various companies.
Full Professor. She is dean of the School of Environmental Sciences. She received national Zois award for important achievements in science and research. Her research work includes preparation and characterization of materials and their role in environmental cleaning. She published more than 80 scientific articles and holds over 1200 citations.

Dr Miroslav Premrov

Since 2009 he is a dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. From the year 1999 he has been actively dealing with the problems of strengthening of composite timber elements. He is a co-author of a patent of a strengthened wall element. As a member of WG 5 he is active in preparations of Slovene standards in the field of timber structures. As a co-author he published a university course book »Timber Structures« in the year 2008 and in the year 2011 the monographs »Experimental analysis on behaviour of timbe-framed walls with different types of sheathing boards« and »Architectural design approach for energy efficient timber frame public buildings«.
Presently he is Professor of Pathophysiology and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. He is a member of the teaching staff at the Faculty since 1978. He spent a year at the I. Physiologisches Institut in Homburg, Saar (1981/82), and a year at the S.U.N.Y. Medical center in New York (1988). During his career he established a widespread network of scientific connections worldwide. Initially his research was focused to the study of excitable membranes by use of various electrophysiological techniques and toxins affecting cellular membranes. Presently he is studying brain and muscle function in health and disease using MRI, functional MRI, Diffusion Tensor Imaging and brain connectivity.
