All the authors and the participants need to fill registration form.

 

Upon paying the conference fee, please send the completed registration form to Conference technical secretariat: conference@placesandtechnologies.eu

 

Conference Fee

Conference Places and Technologies 2015 offers the following conditions for participation (each fee is valid for one paper):

 

(All bank charges MUST be paid by the payor)

 

*The participation for scientists from partners’ universities is defined by special fee level (when registering to the conference please add the certificate)

 

Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): conference bag with related documents (program and abstracts book, badge, certificates etc.), participation in all sessions and conference events (coffee breaks 18. and 19.6.2015, conference banquet 18.6.2015).

 

Conference fee for accompanying person, listener covers: coffee breaks, conference banquet.

 

Fee for regional excursions: 40€ (has to be paid at the reception desk on the first day of the conference). The fee covers full board.

 

Conference fee does not include accommodation payment.

For the first 5 students whose papers are accepted for the conference will be allowed to participate without conference fee.

If you would like your paper to be include into conference proceedings, please pay the fee no later than 30th April 2015.

The conference examines the formation and presentation of knowledge on technologies and the environment, as well as ethical considerations and potential risks, developing solutions, expertise and discussions with respect to one of the most important strategic issues – public health. The stated objective point to the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach to this matter, identification and establishment of relationships between issues of technological development, environmental protection and social change. Consequently the conference program and research are based on the knowledge of several academic disciplines: engineering and technical sciences, medical sciences, humanities and social sciences.

 

The main tasks of the conference are defined in order to discuss the issues related to: 

  • the future of society and places, 

  • design of healthy places, facilities and infrastructure in line with needs of inhabitants, 

  • development of institutions and regulations with an aim of creating healthy-supportive environment,  

  • creation of favourable conditions for the advancement of innovation and business to achieve a good quality of life.

 

Having in mind the conference goals and objectives, we wish to research and understand from the critical aspect the importance and role of technology in design and creation of healthy places through:

  • built environment perspective,

  • medical perspective,

  • technological perspective,

  • government perspective,

  • social perspective.
